Mechanical Design.
Research & Development Expertise
Our mechanical design team is responsible for the physical structure and integrity of our energy storage solutions.
They oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to manufacturing and assembly. This includes designing custom mechanical parts, such as battery racks and enclosures, as well as developing the production machinery used in our manufacturing process.
Our in-house expertise allows us to optimize the design for space efficiency, thermal management, and overall system performance, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also durable and aesthetically pleasing.

Mechanical Drawing
The process begins with the mechanical design of the container to align with the requirements of the client energy needs.
Preparing the container shell
The container shell is carefully cut and modified to accommodate various components of the energy storage system, such as battery racks, cooling systems, and electrical connections.
Painting
The modified container is then painted to protect it from corrosion and enhance its aesthetic appeal. We use high-quality paints that are resistant to harsh weather conditions.
Bending & Cutting
Metal sheets are precisely bent and cut to create various enclosures and structural elements of the energy storage system. Our state-of-the-art machinery ensures accuracy and consistency in these processes.
Custom Mechanical Parts
The mechanical components of the energy storage system, such as battery racks and mounting brackets, are custom-designed and fabricated in-house. This allows us to optimize the system’s space utilization and ensure compatibility with different applications.
